HerWerk exists to change the workplace for women.  According to the Global Gender Gap Report 2022, it will take another 132 years to achieve gender equality based on the current rate of progress. 

We believe that transparency leads to equality through empowering women with intel they need to make their next move. That might mean choosing a more female friendly employer, requesting equal development opportunities, confidently asking for that raise or negotiating flexibility.     

So we are creating the only Australian employer rating platform for women.

Our mission is to provide data to help women make better career decisions. By doing so, we also aim to help employers gain insights into what female employees want and how they can attract and retain top female talent.

Having supported women in their career development for many years, Dee (a qualified Careers Consultant) knows that information is power when it comes to making career decisions.

But the women she worked with found it hard to access what it would really be like in a company, before making the leap to a new job.

HerWerk was created to provide Australian women with insights into the actual culture and practises of companies.

Knowing how truely inclusive an employer is, what the opportunities are for development and how flexible the work really is, empowers women to find the right company for them.
