Re Wellbeing: “They talked the talk, but never walked the walk. Excessive hours, tight deadlines, lack of support from management all part of the issues that led to poor staff wellbeing. Did a lot of work in the mental health space but unfortunately any employee that raised concerns with mental health as a result of the excessive workloads were performance managed in some way or ostracised”.
