Aligned Leisure is a 100% owned subsidiary company of the AFL’s Richmond Football Club and was formed to manage the operations of the club’s health, fitness and leisure business activities. Aligned Leisure have partnerships with local Councils across 28 facilities throughout Victoria and New South Wales to manage their recreational facilities.

Aligned Leisure employ over 800 people as administrators, swim teachers, sports coaches, lifeguards, fitness professionals, customer experience officers, child care educators and duty captains.
