Overall Job Satisfaction: 4 / 5
Do you believe women and men are treated equally?
“Yes”
What’s unequal?
“Nothing”
Have you been treated unequally due to aspects of your identity?
“Parental status”
One thing they can improve:
“More flexibility, Better pay & benefits, More development opportunities, Improved work-life balance, Better resourcing“
Would you recommend this employer to other women?
“Yes. ATO has many benefits that support women and parents. The culture of individual teams I was very supportive in my experience but some corporate policies lack flexibility and consideration for vulnerable people and those with high levels of responsibility outside work. Most areas are high performing with a lot of work and under-resourcing making stress higher and work-life balance unachievable.”
