“No”

“Gender, Parental status, Ethnicity”

One thing PwC can improve:

More flexibility, Promoting more women to leadership roles, Improved work-life balance

Would you recommend PwC to other women?

“No I wouldn’t recommend this employer to another woman. Even though, the employer promotes heavily in their social media channels their commitment to diversity and their parental leave policies, women who work there and have children would tell another story. You are penalised heavily in management consulting if you go part-time or if you try to return to the original role after having a baby (I was told my role was made redundant one week into my maternity leave and that I would have to find another role if I returned to the company after my leave)
